Cathy Busani

Cathy Busani is the Managing Director of Happy Ltd, the award-winning training company based in Aldgate, Central London. Although only employing 45 people, Happy has won wide recognition for its innovative approach to management and to customer service.
 
 
At Happy since March 1995, Cathy originally started as an IT Trainer. Within 6 months she was ‘voted in’ by the training team as their Manager, eventually taking over sole responsibility for all staff as MD.

Cathy is an official Ambassador for Investors in People and regularly gives speeches for IIP on how to treat your people well.
